2-Way, Full Port,Ball Valve, 3-Piece Design With Pneumatic Rotary Actuator

AVCON producing 3-piece Ball Valves available with ISO 5211 mounting pad. The valves are provided with mounting bracket, couplers for fitting Pneumatic Rotary Actuators, either Double Acting or Spring Return Type.(for Pneumatic Acurator details, Please refer to AVCON leaflet 3300,3400 & 3600-D/S). Flanged end valves having Face to face dimension as per DIN 3202-1-1984. also EN 558-1-1995.But for Screwed End Ball Valves,face to face dimensions as per our this eaflet. Model 3400 Pneumatic Actuators having Namur mounting interface, are available with AVCON Namur 5-way, 2-position,Solenoid Valves type 9484E, 9384E,9485E ,9385E. Other Pneumatic Actuators can be also provided with Namur Mounted Solenoid Valve facility.

Ball Stainless Steel AISI 316.(Hcr-Hardchrome plated.)
Stem and Stem nut Stainless Steel AISI 316.
Ball seat Reinforced PTFE.
Stem seals Reinforced PTFE.
Body gasket PTFE.
Antistatic device Stainless Steel SS316.
Pressure temperature As per BS 5351 Class 150 and rating Class 300.
Body pressure rating ANSI B16.5 Class 150 and Class 300.
End connection Screwed to BSP/NPT Flanged to ANSI B16.5 Class 150 or 300 RF.
Leakage Class As per ANSI B16.104 1976, Teflon seating Class VI.
Characteristics On-Off.
Temperature Continuous 180° C.
Intermittend 200° C.

Air supply requirement 4 to 8 bar (Line fluid pressure depedent).
