AVCON produces 2-piece Ball Valves with ISO 5211 mounting pad. The valves are provided with mounting bracket, couplers for fitting Pneumatic Rotary Actuators, either Double Acting or Spring Return type. (For Pneumatic Actuator details, Please refer to AVCON leaflet 3400-D/S or 3300-D/S or 3600-D/S). The Flanged end valves having face to face dimensions as per DIN 3202-1-1984; Also EN 558-1995. Model 3400 Pneumatic Actuators having Namur mounting interface, are available with AVCON Namur 5-way, 2-Position Solenoid Valves type 9484E, 9384E,9485E, 9385E. Other Pneumatic Actuators can be also provided with Namur mounted Solenoid Valve facility.

Body and End Piece Investment Casted Cast Steel ASTM A 216 WCB (DIN 1.0619 GS-C 25) or Stainless Steel ASTM A351 CF8 (DIN1. 4301) or CF8M (DIN1.4408) (GX6 Cr.NI MO1810).
Ball Stainless Steel AISI 316.
Design As per API 607 Std. Fire Safe (but not tested).
Stem and stem nut Stainless Steel AISI 316.
Ball seat Reinforced PTFE.
Stem seals Reinforced PTFE.
Body gasket PTFE.
Antistatic device Stainless Steel SS316.
Pressure-temperature rating As per BS 5351 Class 300.
Body pressure rating ANSI B16.5 Class 300.
End connection Flanged to ANSI B16.5 Class 150.
Leakage Class As per ANSI B16.104 1976 Teflon seating Class VI.
Characteristics On-Off.
Temperature Continuoust 180 °C.
  Intermittent 200°C.
ACTUATOR
Double Acting "D" - NC/NO.
Spring Return "S" - NC/NO.
Air supply requirement 4 to 8.5 bar. (Line fluid pressure dependent).

 
Manual operation (Optional) Provision for manual Hand-lever type for 3403 & 3404-D/S actuator. Manual Hand Gear operated for 3305 & 3605-D/S onward.
Accessories Local position indicator, Rotary Limit switch box, Air Lock Relay Solenoid Valves, Valve Positioner, etc.
