Body and End Piece Investment Casted Cast Steel ASTM A216 WCB or Stainless Steel ASTM A351 CF8 (SS304) or CF8M (SS316).
Ball Stainless Steel AISI 316.
Design As per API 607 Std. Fire Safe (but not tested).
Stem and Stem nut Stainless Steel AISI 316.
Ball seat Reinforced PTFE.
Stem seals Reinforced PTFE.
Body gasket PTFE.
Antistatic device Stainless Steel SS316.
Pressure-temperature As per BS 5351 Class 300 rating.
Body pressure rating ANSI B16.5 Class 300.
End connection Flanged to ANSI B16.5 Class 150.
Leakage Class As per ANSI B16.104 1976 Teflon seating Class VI.
Characteristics On-Off.
Temperature (max) Continuous 180°C.
Intermittent 200°C.

Electric supply 230 V 50 Hz AC.
Manual Operation All Electric actuators are fitted with manual
override as a standard.
Accessories All Motorised Ball Valves can be provided
with accessories for automation; Extraa Limit
switch, Potentiometer, Remote Position Indicator, 4 to 20 mA interface unit, IP-65 Protection.
