SPECIFICATIONS :
AVCON Hand Operated Valves, Type 6227M are available in following configurations.
6227MXX6	Spigot weldable end to ISO 4200 & BS 4825.
6227MXX7	Tri-Clamp body to ISO 2852-1993(E).
6227MXX7	Spigot butt weld.

CONSTRUCTION :
Valve Body	In ASTM A351 CF3M (SS316L Investment Casted).
Bonnet and Compressor	ASTM A351CF8 (SS304).
Spindle	AISI 304.
Diaphragms	Standard EPDM-Temp. 155°C, Neoprene-Temp. 80°C Buna Nitrile-Temp. 80°C Hyplone Temp. 130°C.
Handwheel	AISI 304 or Plastic PA6 GF 30%.
Body Rated	16 Bar.

FINISH :
Spigot & Tri-clamp Bodies.	Internal 0.2 to 0.4 Ra, External 0.8 Ra. (Electropolished).
Working Pressure	Please refer to table below.

DESIGN FEATURE : Hermetically sealed flow path in the body & bonnet. Proper selections of diaphragms provide, precision control of critical or ultrapure fluids. Fluids are completely isolated from the actuator and environment. Hygienic design, bi-directional flow, body or low turbulence, also for steam sterilizing.

Application :

Pharmaceutical Industries, Biotechnology, Cosmetics, Food Industry, Process Control Technology, Ideally suitable for Liquids, Viscous liquids, Liquids contaminated with lubricants and grit particles. Highly Lustrous Finish and Aesthetical Appearance.
