SPECIFICATIONS :
Type 6827K Valves are External Air Pilot Operated Valves, in PVC material, which can be used for viscous, Dirty and Corrosive fluid. Operating diaphragm seals, isolates body and actuator from incoming fluid, at the same time assures high rate of flow. The under mentioned valve and body configurations are available:
6827KXX2	Cement Solvent Spigot Metric.
6827KXX6	Weldable Spigot.
Body	PVC-U, PVDF, PP
End Connection	Standard : Both sides Union, Solvent Cement Spigot(mm) supplied as standard.(Optional) BSP female screwed, flanged to ANSI CL-150 or DIN PN 16, But weldable type spigots.
Diaphragms	Standard-EPDM Optional-PTFE backed by EPDM, Neoprene, Buna Nitrile, Silicon or Viton.

ACTUATOR :
30% Glass Filled Polyamide Injection Moulded.
Pilot Pressure	4.5 to 8.5 bar Air on Non corrosive gas.
Solenoid mounting	Actuator has built in Namur mounting interface, any standard Namur Solenoid Valve can be fitted.

OPTIONAL FEATURES & ACCESSORIES :
Valves are supplied in normally ‘Closed’ condition, with Single Acting, Spring Return Actuator. Optional: Normally ‘Open’ construction, Double Acting Actuator, Electro Pneumatic Valve positioner, Valve travel Indicator with Limit switches and LED. Proximity Switch Sensors, Stroke Limiting Mechanism, Manual Override in lieu of some accessories, Namur 3-way and 4-way Solenoid Valves.

Note:
(1) Valve Actuator Open or Close Indicator incorporated as standard.
(2) While asking for offer, please clarify following details:
Temp in °C, Pressure(bar) Name of the flowing medium, Air pressure available (4.5 bar & above), Valve body material preferred.

ACTUATOR MODELS :
K-XX-S/NC - Spring Return, Normally Closed.
K-XX-S/NO - Spring Return, Normally Open.
K-XX-D - Double Acting without spring.
