Avcon Controls takes special care to build core competencies for all its employees in their respective job functions and believe in senior know-how transfer.

At Avcon not only winding and molding activities of their own coils are in-house but also elastomers used in solenoid vales are molded in-house to achieve good quality. All the components used in valves are machined in house.

Avcon’s all plastic components and actuators are also molded in house. All necessary molding tools required for plastic components pressure die casting components are manufactured and maintained by in house facilities. 

In order to manufacture the products as per US FDA and in line with USP guideline Avcon manufactures diaphragm in house for which they have established their own set up.

Avcon is standardized on latest CAD software’s and uses environment friendly packaging materials.
